THE STORY
Ryo is a home for curious culinary travelers. Derived from the ryokan, this Japanese term for a small-scale guesthouse represents the many rest and dining houses that lined the ancient Silk Road, the route that connected the East and West. Travelers, nomads, and traders crossed paths here during moments of relaxation. At the table, they shared stories of their adventures, exchanged mysterious spices, and formed friendships that lasted a lifetime.
They all had one thing in common: for them, eating and drinking was so much more than just recharging their batteries. It was an essential part of their journey. Of body and mind, friendship and culture. Ryo brings the soul of the old ryokan to life, the soul where different Asian flavors and rituals merge.
