Frequently Asked Questions

Reservations are recommended — especially on weekends — but we keep a few tables available for walk-ins when possible.
You can change or cancel your reservation via your confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Group bookings or events may have different cancellation guidelines.

Yes. Free parking is available at the gated parking lot; simply enter the parking on the Mt. Ondinaweg, press the second button, and state your visit to restaurant Ryo
Take the ferry from Amsterdam Central Station to the NDSM pier. Our restaurant is a short walk from the pier. Or exit the bus at Klaprozenweg Amsterdam-Noord and walk 5 minutes to the restaurant on the NDSM-wharf
We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as cash. For corporate events we can arrange invoice payments upon request.
Yes. We have a stylish private dining room suitable for business meetings, private dinners, team gatherings, and exclusive events.
