Are you passionate about Japanese cuisine and eager to learn the art of sushi making? At RYO Amsterdam, we’re looking for a motivated Trainee Sushi Chef who is ready to grow, learn and become part of our kitchen team.
You’ll work alongside experienced chefs, learn how to prepare fresh ingredients and develop your sushi skills in a professional and energetic environment.

Are you an early bird who enjoys creating a great start to someone’s day? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Team Member to join RYO Amsterdam.
You’ll help prepare and serve breakfast, keep the breakfast area organised and make sure our guests start their morning with a warm and welcoming experience.
What we’re looking for
A positive attitude, reliability and a hands-on mentality. Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

Full-time · 06:00–12:00 · Dutch not required
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to help keep RYO Amsterdam fresh, clean and welcoming for both our guests and team.
You’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our restaurant spaces after service and making sure everything is ready for the next day.
What we’re looking for
Someone who works independently, pays attention to detail and takes pride in keeping spaces spotless.

Do you enjoy working with people and creating memorable guest experiences? As a Front of House Team Member at RYO Amsterdam, you’ll be one of the faces of our restaurant.
You’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks and make sure every guest feels comfortable and well looked after throughout their visit.
What we’re looking for
A friendly and professional attitude, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a busy environment.
